If you have had a significant psychedelic experience with a classic hallucinogen (e.g. LSD, psilocybin, mescaline, ayahuasca) in the past while being a parent and are willing to participate in this study, please read the informations below.
This is a survey about the effects of a significant psychedelic experience on parenting. It is conducted by Dr. Baptiste Fauvel (MC2 lab, Université de Paris). Your participation is essential for this study, the data you provide could help identify the areas of application of psychedelic therapies and how they work.
To participate, you must be aged of at least 18 years old, possess sufficient skills in english understanding and have had a significant psychedelic experience (in terms of psychological insights and spirituality) in the past while being a parent.
The entire survey should take about 30-45 minutes to complete. You can save your answers and resume later by clicking this option on the top of the screen (please, note that if your computer turns to sleep mode, your unsaved answers will be lost). By doing so you will have to provide an email adress and a password. A link will be mailed to you in order to reload your answers. Some questionnaires have to be completed twice (i.e. one for the time period corresponding to before your psychedelic experience and one for the time period corresponding to after your psychedelic experience), so please be careful. It can sometimes be difficult to answer precisely to questions about events that occured in the past, please, try to be as accurate and honest as possible. Questions you must answer to pursue the questionnaire are indicated with a red asterix, otherwise you can skip the question if you are not comfortable with.
