Legal information: As part of the process of registering international students from the Faculty of Science for a end-of-year meal, the International Relations team processes personal data.The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a task in the public interest (article 6.1.e of the European Data Protection Regulation). The data collected is as follows: surname, first name, e-mail address. The recipients of the data are the staff of the International Relations Department of the Faculty of Science. The processed data will be kept until 30 June 2025. You may access and obtain a copy of the data concerning you, object to the processing of such data, have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to limit the processing of your data. To exercise these rights or if you have any questions about the processing of your data, you can contact the department in charge of processing by e-mail at: romane.larue@u-paris.fr. You will receive a reply as soon as possible, and in any event within one month of receipt of your request. In the event of difficulties, you may also contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) by e-mail: dpo@u-paris.fr. If, after contacting us, you feel that your ‘Data Protection and Civil Liberties’ rights have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL.
Image rights: We will be taking some photos and videos of the student groups during the evening. If you do not wish to appear in the group images at all, please let us know in advance.
