As part of the process of registering international students from the Faculty of Science for a guided tour, the International Relations team processes personal data.
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a task in the public interest (article 6.1.e of the European Data Protection Regulation).
The data collected is as follows: surname, first name, e-mail address.
The recipients of the data are the staff of the International Relations Department of the Faculty of Science.
The processed data will be kept until 31 May 2025.
You may access and obtain a copy of the data concerning you, object to the processing of such data, have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to limit the processing of your data.
